PHWA’s mission is to unite Hmong women in achieving their highest potential and to nurture their personal and professional growth.

We have come together to:

• Develop Hmong women personally and professionally in a way that is sensitive and appropriate to their needs;
• Lead by intentionally creating, providing and sustaining personal and professional leadership;
• Educate our community about economic development and financial literacy; and
• Advocate & Give on issues that affect the lives of Hmong women businesses and professionals.
